Return and Refund Policy/Terms and Conditions
Non-Refundable Policy
At Renew Ink by Jenny, we take pride in providing high-quality services to enhance your beauty and confidence. To ensure clarity and protect both parties, the following non-refundable policy is in place:
1. Booking Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service balance.
In the event of a no-show, late cancellation (less than 48 hours' notice), or rescheduling without sufficient notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
2. Service Payments
All payments made toward services are final. Due to the nature of paramedical tattooing and cosmetic procedures, we cannot offer refunds for completed services.
Results vary by individual, as they depend on skin type, aftercare compliance, and natural healing processes.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before your appointment to retain your deposit.
Rescheduling multiple times may require a new deposit at the discretion of Renew Ink by Jenny.
4. Gift Certificates
Gift certificate purchases are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Product Sales
All product sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Terms and Conditions
For all skin camouflage procedures performed at Renew Ink by Jenny, the first touch-up appointment is included in the initial service fee and may be scheduled no sooner than 12 weeks after the initial procedure.
Important:
If the scheduled touch-up appointment is missed or not canceled/rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, it will be considered forfeited. In such cases, any future touch-up appointments will be charged at the full standard touch-up rate.
Clients are responsible for managing their appointments and notifying us of any changes in a timely manner. This policy helps us maintain an efficient schedule and provide the best care to all clients.
